Peaberry coffee beans, formed when the coffee fruit produces only a single, pea-shaped bean (rather than the typical two, flattened beans), equate to only 5% of beans harvested. Carefully separated from the main crop, Peaberries are known to produce coffee with unique qualities. Produced in some of Brazil’s highest coffee plantations, our Peaberry beans display a sweet nuttiness and subtle acidity, with moderate body and a delicious lingering aftertaste.
